GENERAL

༶ My art style may vary slightly, as shown in my portfolio.

༶ I can match certain details, but I do not copy other artists’ styles.

༶ Please provide clear visual references so I can understand your vision as best as possible.

༶ I may decline a commission if I feel uncomfortable with the request or if my schedule does not allow it.

༶ If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to ask — I don’t bite, I promise 🫶🏻

PAYMENTS

༶ Payment is required upfront via Vgen.

༶ Once I accept your commission, please complete the payment within 72 hours.

༶ I will start working on your piece after payment is received.

REVISIONS

༶ Small adjustments (like minor color changes or tiny detail fixes) are absolutely fine.

༶ Bigger changes (such as pose changes or redesigns) cannot be made once I have started coloring.

༶ I will update you during the sketch and lineart stages, where changes are still possible.

༶ Clear communication from the beginning helps me create something you’ll truly love.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

༶ Completion time is up to 4 weeks, depending on complexity and workload.

༶ If you have a deadline, please let me know before ordering.

༶ I will send updates during important stages of the process. Please avoid daily check-ins — your artwork is safe with me 🤍

༶ Finished pieces are delivered digitally in PNG or JPG format.

༶ If unexpected delays happen, I will always inform you.

USE

༶ Commissions are for personal use unless commercial rights are discussed separately.

༶ Personal use includes profile pictures, banners, social media posts, overlays, and personal prints.

❀ Not allowed:

༶ NFTs

༶ AI training or datasets

༶ Cryptocurrency-related projects

༶ Editing, tracing, reselling, or redistributing my artwork

༶ If you would like to use the artwork for merchandise, branding, or any profit-related purpose, commercial rights must be purchased separately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

༶ You’re welcome to share your commission as long as you credit me (@sketch.hamster).

༶ I may post the artwork in my portfolio or on social media unless you ask for privacy beforehand.

༶ If you’d prefer your commission to remain private, please let me know before I start.

REFUNDS

༶ Full refunds are only possible if I’m unable to complete your commission.

༶ Refunds may also be considered if the 4-week timeframe is exceeded without communication.

༶ Once I’ve started working on your commission, refunds are generally not available.

༶ Please be sure about your order before making payment.
